By creating an account or using Aturix (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you use Aturix on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use Aturix to create, manage, store and share your business documents, subject to these Terms. We may improve, change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
You must be 18 or older and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity of your Users. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.
You agree not to: use Aturix unlawfully; upload content you have no right to use; infringe others' rights; attempt to breach security or access other workspaces; upload malware; or use the Service to produce false, fraudulent or misleading documents. You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of the documents you create.
You own your Customer Data. We claim no ownership over it. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display it solely to provide the Service and as directed by you. We act as a data processor for Customer Data; you are the controller and are responsible for having the right to process the personal data of your customers and staff, and for issuing lawful privacy notices to them.
Aturix is a document-creation tool, not an accounting, tax, legal or e-invoicing service, and does not provide professional advice. You are responsible for the accuracy, numbering, tax treatment, statutory compliance (including any e-invoicing/MyInvois or Indonesian requirements that apply to you), and legal validity of every document you issue. Signatures and acknowledgements captured in Aturix are provided as a convenience; you are responsible for their appropriate use and evidentiary sufficiency.
Aturix currently offers a free plan. Paid plans (Pro and Business) are being introduced; when a plan becomes payable, we will show the price, billing cycle, applicable taxes, renewal and cancellation terms before you subscribe, and give reasonable notice of any price change. Where an invite or discount code is applied, the stated discount governs for its period.
Aturix relies on third-party providers (hosting, email, and optional AI). Your use may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and optional AI features send only the document text prompt you choose, using your own provider key.
Aturix, its software, design, brand and content are owned by the Company and protected by law. Except for the licence in §3, no rights are granted to you. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell or create derivative works from the Service.
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind (express or implied), including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid in the [12] months before the claim, or (b) [RM 500]. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
You will indemnify the Company against claims, losses and expenses arising from your Customer Data, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of any law (including data-protection law owed to your own customers/staff).
You may stop using Aturix and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where required by law. On termination, we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period, then delete it subject to legal retention requirements (see Privacy Policy §8).
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you reside.
We may update these Terms; the updated version takes effect when posted, and for material changes we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
